Almost a year ago we were contacted by Jamie, a journalist/editor at 417 Magazine, asking if he could do a story following us on a paranormal investigation. Over the next few months, our attempts at scheduling an investigation that fit both our (sometimes last minute) schedules and those of Jamie and the magazine made it apparent that it was going to be very difficult to accomplish. In June of this year, Jamie had the idea that we could come investigate the offices of 417 Magazine because (unbeknownst to us) there have been rumblings of paranormal activity there for quite some time; a spirit they endearingly refer to as "Mildred". 

Honestly, we fully anticipated not catching any paranormal activity at all, but were determined to perform a regular investigation for the 417 Magazine team as we always do; with emphasis on showcasing our methods and equipment for the purposes of creating a decent article for the magazine.

However, we were beyond surprised once the investigation got rolling and in the days of evidence review since, to realize that not only is there indeed a prominent female presence in the offices but a male presence as well.
